Job Title: Home Health Scheduler

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Fort Myers

Pay: $18.00-$22.00/HR based on experience and skillset

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Home Care Scheduler to join our team. The Home Care Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating client care schedules and ensuring that caregivers are assigned to clients in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain schedules for caregiving staff and clients
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, caregivers, and management
• Manage client caseload and corresponding scheduling needs
• Ensure that client plans of care have been completed and implemented by the caregivers in a timely manner
• Monitor and report caregiver schedules and workloads to management
• Ensure that clients' needs are being met by scheduling the right caregiver for the right job
• Make scheduling adjustments in response to changes in care requirements, client requests, and caregiver availability
• Respond to emergencies or changes in care schedules and communicate with all necessary parties
• Keep accurate records of client and caregiver schedules
• Paid on call

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of scheduling experience in a healthcare, home care or skilled nursing facility environment.
• Familiar with scheduling on a 24/7 scheduling system for HHA's, CNA's, etc.
• Experience with Clear Care Scheduling Software a plus
• Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel and scheduling program
• Understands and adheres to established company policies and procedures
