Position Highlights:

  • Status: Full Time
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to support sales teams and month-end requirements
  • Location: Remote within Florida (Central or Southern Florida preferred)
  • Rate of Pay: Base salary starting at $125,000, based on experience
  • Travel: 50%–75% travel, primarily driving throughout the portfolio in Florida
  • Bonus Eligibility: Yes – Annual Bonus at 25% 

What You’ll Do:

In this Regional Director of Sales (RDS) role, you will:

  • Support the Panthers portfolio of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities through remote and on-site field leadership
  • Collaborate with Executive Directors and Regional Operations to guide and develop community-based sales teams
  • Coach Directors of Sales (DOSs) and Sales Associates to improve performance and drive occupancy growth
  • Lead training on sales strategies, CRM utilization (Aline), follow-up best practices, and conversion tracking
  • Review and analyze KPIs using Power BI, Vitals, and other reporting tools; provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Implement sales and marketing programs to increase visibility, lead generation, and community engagement
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring new community sales team members
  • Spend significant time in the field observing sales processes, identifying opportunities, and supporting performance execution

Direct Reports:

  • None – Dotted-line influence over community-based sales associates across the portfolio

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive selling experience
  • 2+ years managing sales in Assisted Living/Memory Care strongly preferred
  • Senior living or healthcare experience is a plus
  • Some college preferred
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (Aline preferred)
  • Ability to interpret KPI dashboards and drive performance through data
  • Proven leadership and coaching ability; strong execution and follow-through
  • Must reside in Florida (Central or Southern Florida preferred)
  • Travel up to 75%, primarily driving between communities
